Room Information and Rates

The rooms at the FERNDALE LODGE are all one bedroom efficiencies set up for two adults. They all have fully equipped kitchens including a full size refrigerator, a gas or electric stove, a microwave oven, coffee maker, toaster, pots/pans/plates/dishes/utensils -- everything that you will need except for the food. Each room has an individual air-conditioner and 19" cable tv. There are no phones in the rooms, but phone jacks are available if you need phone service for an extended stay.

All of our rooms are NON-SMOKING , and WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS in the rooms or on the property.

Rates do not include the 11% Florida sales tax..

SINGLE ROOMS

WINTER RATES (January thru March)

$1400 Per month

Basic one room efficiency with one full size bed, small kitchen area, bathroom with shower, and one closet. Room includes a sofa, arm chair, dresser, cable tv and night stand.

KING SIZED ROOMS

$70 Per night
$395 per week

WINTER RATES (January thru March)

$1600 per month

Larger two room efficiency with either one king size bed or two twin beds, a small kitchen area with table and chairs, a bathroom with shower, and a separate living room. Unit contains bed(s), arm chair, sofa, dresser, night stand, cable tv, and two closets.

RIVER VIEW ROOMS

$90 Per night

WINTER RATES (January thru March)

$2000 per month

Our "best" two rooms. Both are large one bedroom units with a large king sized bed. Rooms face the Indian River and include a spacious enclosed porch with table and chairs. Cable tv’s in both the bedroom and porch areas. VCR included. You’ll love these rooms! (there is a 2 night minimum on weekends)

Check in time is 3pm... Checkout before noon unless arranged otherwise

Reservations and advance deposits are required in order to ensure that you will have a room available at the FERNDALE LODGE. A $50 deposit will reserve a room for you . Advance deposits for Winter Season reservations is $200 for each month reserved -- non-refundable unless cancellation notification is made at least 90 days before your reservation date.

We do require a minimum of 3 nights stay over holiday weekends. Advance deposits made for holiday weekend reservations are non-refundable.

We accept cash, money orders, travelers checks, or personal checks -- no credit cards.
